About the Role:

M&J Enterprises Construction Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled TTT1 and TTT2 Tower Hands to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Tower Hand, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and associated equipment. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safety and quality of all work performed. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• TTT1 and/or TTT2 certification
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in the telecommunications industry
• Experience working with Verizon or AT&T in new builds and upgrades
• Experience with RF and fiber testing equipment
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Ability to travel as needed (hotel is provided)

Responsibilities:

• Climb towers to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills:

As a Tower Hand, you will utilize your TTT1 and TTT2 certification to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on telecommunication towers and associated equipment. You will also use your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
