The pay rate for this position is $17 - $19 / hour, depending on experience.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for thoroughly cleaning all pots and pans, trays and any other items in accordance

with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Clean all pots, pans and trays using prescribed proper procedures.

2. Keep pot sink area clean and uncluttered at all times.

3. Exercise extreme caution when following chemical instructions and procedures.

4. Clean spills as they occur.

5. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.

6. Assist with food prep as needed.

7. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.

8. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

9. Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.

10. Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
