Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - AM NOC Shift at Stillwater Post-Acute – EL CAJON, California

Location: Stillwater Post-Acute – El Cajon, CA

Shifts Available:
AM: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
NOC: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: $38–$42/hour (DOE)

As an LVN at Stillwater Post-Acute, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Under the supervision of registered nurses, you will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily living activities, and help implement personalized care plans.

• Assist the Station Manager or RN Supervisor with staffing and daily operations

• Ensure adequate CNA coverage for each shift

• Help with scheduling, assigning tasks, and supporting the CNA team

• Conduct regular rounds to monitor performance and ensure care standards are met

• Address absenteeism and report staffing concerns

• Review staff concerns and escalate when needed

• Foster a calm, caring, and respectful environment

• Hold regular meetings with CNAs to identify areas for improvement

• Follow facility safety policies, including incident and exposure reporting

• Current LVN license in the State of California

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
