ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER at Junction Hardware, Inc – SEATTLE, Washington

Full-time schedule, includes at least one weekend shift.

Store hours 8 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm, Sat & Sun.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Give knowledgeable recommendations and friendly service to customers.
• Be curious and continue to grow knowledge in the area you support.
• Build relationships with vendors to ensure high-level support for the business. Order merchandise as appropriate.
  
• Maintain proper inventory levels to ensure easy shopping and maximum sales, meeting department goals.
• Ensure quality sales floor presentation which meets all store signage, display, and housekeeping standards.
• Be able to climb ladders, lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and stand for long periods of time.
• Provide direct support in the daily operations of the store.

Pay & Benefits

Starting hourly rate $22.00 - $25.00. Monthly bonus based on department profit.
