GROUNDSKEEPER

Job Summary
Maintains the grounds of assigned facilities. Job Responsibilities

• Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed.
• Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.
• Removes debris and remediates hazardous conditions.
• Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or higher preferred
• No experience required
• Driver - Valid driver's license and 21 years of age required upon hire

• Works under minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
