Parts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with stocking and organizing parts to ensure the department remains tidy and accessible

- Maintain cleanliness of the parts department to promote a safe and efficient workspace

- Deliver parts to various locations as needed

- Support the sales process by helping customers and technicians over the counter

- Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory counts

- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for parts transactions

- Collaborate with team members to improve department operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a parts department or retail environment is preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely

- Basic computer skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
