About Construct Co Inc

Construct Co is a marine construction company built around crews who know how to get work done in tough environments. We specialize in dredging, pile driving, seawalls, docks, and marine infrastructure across Florida. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with barges, cranes, or amphibious equipment
  • Familiarity with dewatering and erosion control in marine environments
  • Knowledge of environmental or coastal regulations
  • Experience working in fluctuating water levels and tidal conditions

Requirements

  • Must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall project objective and self-development within the company.

  • Must be able to accurately forecast and monitor work schedule to ensure on-time completion.
  • Must be punctual and accountable and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have knowledge of the language (vocabulary) used in the construction trade.
  • Protective safety gear (hard hat, boots, high-vis vest or shirt, eye wear)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations on marine and waterfront construction projects
  • Coordinate material and equipment logistics including mobilization, access, and equipment staging
  • Plan and execute work around tides, water levels, and weather conditions
  • Oversee installation of marine structures such as sheet pile, docks, and erosion control systems
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews
  • Maintain and update construction schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Monitor labor, and equipment usage
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and design teams
