Responsibilities

The Senior IT Recruiter will lead end-to-end contractor hiring for technology roles across offshore (India) and onshore (U.S.) markets. This role owns the full lifecycle recruiting process—from workforce demand intake, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—across a broad range of technical skill sets.

You will plan and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels to include trusted vendors, recruiting tools, and professional networks to identify high-quality technology contractors and build sustainable talent pipelines aligned to both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver market insights, hiring recommendations, and a consistently high-touch candidate experience.

This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier technical talent while maintaining strong operational excellence, and an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, and clients.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractor roles across both offshore (India) and onshore (U.S.) markets
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on interview processes
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to support current and future IT staffing needs, including building talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Lead offer discussions, including compensation negotiation, and support onboarding for selected candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Drive timely closure of requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support ongoing hiring needs
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and market insight


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment
  • Experience working on US staffing requirements (W2, Contract, C2C) and offshore hiring.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Naukri, or similar job portals.
  • Experience working with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred.
  • Ability to work in India and US time zones as required.
  • Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs)

  • Experience recruiting for ERP technologies (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Cloud), and other IT roles.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting methods, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive priorities and meet tight deadlines.
