RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
- Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
- Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm sales processes
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, goal-driven team environment
