Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to assist Atlanta Postal Credit Union to live out our Mission, “To help our members achieve financial success by providing exceptional products and service.” The Specialty/CRE Analyst and Portfolio Manager serves as the primary APCU Center Parc resource performing initial credit analysis for the underwriting of new business loans, managing an assigned portfolio of existing loans and maintaining a cadence of ongoing credit analysis and monitoring existing loans. The position focuses on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Specialty (GSA, USPS, IRE, etc.) loans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports.
