About This Position

The Product Marketing Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and drive business growth. This position oversees product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and competitive analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives. The Director collaborates closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product marketing strategies.
Collaborate with product management to define product features, benefits, and differentiation strategies.
Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and content to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts.
Drive demand generation campaigns and promotional activities to increase product awareness and adoption.
Partner with sales teams to develop training programs, enablement tools, and sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.
Manage and mentor a team of product marketing managers and specialists.
Develop budgets, track KPIs, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and market research.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the relevant industry or with SaaS, technology, or consumer products.
