This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the operational backbone of customer-facing teams within a fast-paced, AI-driven cybersecurity environment. The role focuses on improving efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping streamline processes that directly impact customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Customer Success, Product, and Threat Services, gaining exposure to how large-scale operational strategies are executed. The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and innovation-oriented, with a strong emphasis on AI and automation. Interns are encouraged to bring curiosity, structure, and fresh perspectives to complex operational challenges. This role provides meaningful experience at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology transformation.
Support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and improve internal efficiency across multiple customer-facing teams, while contributing to process improvement and AI-driven transformation efforts.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve workflows through AI, automation, and operational optimization
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Professional Services, Threat Services, and Renewals teams
- Help standardize documentation, operational processes, and execution frameworks across teams
- Track strategic initiatives by maintaining timelines, monitoring progress, and supporting accountability for key deliverables
- Assist in reporting and analysis to measure initiative impact and support data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams
- Contribute to strategy discussions, workshops, and planning sessions focused on continuous operational improvement
Highly motivated and organized student or early-career candidate with a strong interest in operations, strategy execution, and AI-driven process improvement within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation, process tracking, and structured execution
- Proactive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn about strategy and operations
- Familiarity with customer-facing or SaaS environments is a plus
- Competitive hourly compensation: $21/hour
