Flex Security Officer: Unarmed and Armed at North State Security Group LLC – Fayetteville, North Carolina

North State Security Group is seeking flex security officers, both armed and unarmed, for assignments in Fayetteville, NC. Flex Officers play a critical role by filling in at multiple client sites and covering open shifts and call outs. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, observant, and comfortable working in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence to deter criminal activity
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor access control points
- Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances
- Enforce site-specific rules and regulations
- Adapt quickly to different job sites and post orders

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
