• Direct daily field operations to ensure all electrical installations meet strict project specifications.

• Coordinate crew assignments and material logistics to maintain peak productivity and hit project milestones.

• Supervise on-site safety and quality control measures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.

• Communicate project updates and field reports clearly to management to ensure operational transparency.

• Monitor project progress to identify and resolve technical obstacles before they impact the schedule.

• Proven leadership experience within the commercial or industrial electrical trade.

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing field documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain punctuality and professional communication with team members.

• Hard-working mindset with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

• Work requires good physical shape, ability to lift 50lbs

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience managing specialized industrial power installations.
