You will play a critical role in the technical execution of commercial and industrial electrical systems within a tight-knit, family-owned environment. This position offers you the stability of a dedicated local team where your hard work is rewarded and your professional identity is valued.

• Execute precise electrical installations for commercial and industrial facilities according to blueprint specifications.

• Install conduit systems, wiring, and power distribution components with a high level of technical accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team members to streamline daily field operations.

• Troubleshoot electrical control systems and equipment to ensure all installations function at peak performance.

• Document material needs and progress updates to support the successful completion of project milestones.

• Significant field experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining detailed installation standards.

• Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic in a field setting.

• Ability to follow complex technical instructions and safety protocols without constant supervision.

• Work requires good physical shape, ability to lift 50lbs

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the electrical trade.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Advanced familiarity with industrial and commercial power distribution.
