The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital technical expert within our Field Operations team, executing complex electrical and control installations across diverse project sites. How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute complex electrical installations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects with precision.

• Maintain a stable and efficient workflow to ensure all project timelines are met consistently.

• Coordinate daily with field leadership to interpret project drawings and technical specifications.

• Navigate real-time technical challenges on-site to ensure high-quality, code-compliant results.

• Mentor junior team members through our professional apprenticeship and training initiatives.

• Advocate for a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all established field protocols.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Significant field experience demonstrating technical proficiency in electrical systems.

• Proven track record as a self-starter with a history of excellent attendance and reliability.

• Strong communication skills necessary for coordinating tasks within a team environment.

• Technical aptitude for reading and interpreting detailed electrical blueprints and schedules.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 3 years of professional experience specifically as a Journeyman Electrician.

• Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical training.

• Advanced knowledge of specialized controls and industrial electrical installations.
