What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen)
• Support mobility & safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
• Accurately document care and changes in condition
• Communicate with team members, nurses, and families
• Respond quickly and calmly in urgent situation

What We’re Looking For

• Certified CNA or HCA
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
• A compassionate, dependable, team-first mindset
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position only)

Schedule

• Full-time (~40 hours/week)
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible shift options:
  • Day: 6 AM – 2 PM
  • Evening: 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Night: 10 PM – 6 AM
• Occasional on-call shifts

Location Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Vancouver, WA
• Relocation required prior to start

• Long-term care home setting
