What you'll do

  • Teach and demonstrate massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, stretch, and foot reflexology, in alignment with Georgia State Board standards
  • Instruct students in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and ethics
  • Deliver engaging lesson plans that combine classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on clinic experience
  • Evaluate, mentor, and support students to ensure competency, professionalism, and confidence
  • Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and compliance records within our student technology platform
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to foster a positive, motivating, and student-focused learning environment

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia Massage Therapy License (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on massage therapy experience (spa, wellness, or medical settings)
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a technology driven environment (MS Office)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for student success and continuous learning
