What you'll do
- Teach and demonstrate massage therapy techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, stretch, and foot reflexology, in alignment with Georgia State Board standards
- Instruct students in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and ethics
- Deliver engaging lesson plans that combine classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and hands-on clinic experience
- Evaluate, mentor, and support students to ensure competency, professionalism, and confidence
- Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and compliance records within our student technology platform
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to foster a positive, motivating, and student-focused learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Massage Therapy License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional, hands-on massage therapy experience (spa, wellness, or medical settings)
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a technology driven environment (MS Office)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for student success and continuous learning
