Front of House- Feast at Eternal Optimist – Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

Join Feast BBQ and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first impression a guest as they take their bbq journey ! This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

 Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.

 Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies.

 Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.

Qualifications:

 Strong customer service skills and communication.

 Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations.

 Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

 Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.

 Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot

 Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)

Other:

 $17-20 per hour (inclusive of tips)
