This role leads strategic technology alliances to drive joint solutions, co-marketing, and co-selling programs with top cybersecurity partners. The Director will leverage deep cybersecurity expertise to identify integration opportunities, align partners, and enhance revenue growth through collaborative initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader who can engage with customers, field teams, and partner executives to deliver measurable business impact. You will shape the technology alliances strategy, drive adoption of integrated solutions, and enable pre-sales and co-sell success. This role combines technical proficiency, strategic vision, and executional rigor to strengthen alliances and accelerate market impact. You will influence cross-functional teams and directly contribute to scaling global cybersecurity partnerships.
- Identify and prioritize integrated solutions that deliver mutual value with technology alliance partners
- Design and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and joint go-to-market programs with key partners
- Provide pre-sales enablement, co-selling support, and technical guidance to field teams and partner teams
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partner-driven revenue opportunities
- Evolve and enhance the technology alliances program, including partner portal capabilities and program automation
- Engage directly with customers, executives, and partners to align on strategic objectives and ensure program success
- Track performance metrics for alliances, including integration adoption, co-sell opportunities, and partner-influenced revenue
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or channel programs, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
- Deep technical knowledge of the Security Operations Center (SOC) ecosystem, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR, CDR, ITDR, SSE/SASE, and virtual firewall technologies
- Proven experience designing and executing co-build, co-marketing, and co-selling programs with leading cybersecurity vendors
- Strong communication and influence skills, able to align C-level executives and stakeholders around shared goals
- Metrics-driven with a track record of translating objectives into measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
- Customer-first mindset with ability to solve complex technical and business challenges
- Startup or high-growth environment experience, comfortable taking initiative and driving solutions
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and navigate complex organizational structures
