We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Hot Line Cook who brings energy, precision, and pride to every plate. If you’re someone who moves with purpose, stays cool under pressure, and enjoys being part of a tight, motivated team—this is your spot.

What You’ll Do

• Own your station and execute tickets quickly, accurately, and consistently during high-volume service
• Work across grill, sauté, fry, and broiler with confidence
• Deliver dishes that meet our standards for quality, presentation, and portioning
• Keep the place without cutting corners on food safety or consistency
• Communicate clearly with the team to keep service flowing smoothly
• Stay one step ahead—anticipate needs and keep your station fully stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support prep, inventory rotation (FIFO), and closing duties

What You Bring

• Experience on a hot line or grill in a fast-paced kitchen
• Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Strong team mindset and clear communication
• Reliability—your team can count on you to show up and deliver
• Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs.)
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays)

Shift:

• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift

Ability to Commute:

• Naples, FL 34120 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Naples, FL 34120: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
