Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (After training, hybrid schedule 3 days in the office and 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Learning Strategy and Program Design
  • Partner with HR and leaders to identify learning needs and capability gaps across the organization.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments using data, performance insights, and stakeholder input.
  • Align learning initiatives with organizational goals, HR strategy and Our Way Culture.
  • Ensure learning programs are aligned with performance management, succession planning, and workforce development priorities.
  • Design and deliver highquality learning solutions, including instructorled training, virtual sessions, elearning modules, and blended learning programs.
  • Develop professional training materials, job aids, and supporting documentation consistent with corporate standards.
  • Establish corporate training plan with an annual schedule; ensure target dates are met.
  • Source vendors and/or design internal leadership development experiences and training sessions as appropriate.
  • Develop courses and curriculum to ensure content matches established objectives. Create participant guides and training manuals.
  • Create supporting learning materials/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games).
Company Culture
  • Design and implement materials to promote Our Way culture across campus including internal landscapes and virtual landscapes.
  • Design and facilitate workshops that communicate the desired Our Way culture and beliefs of the organization.
  • Work with senior leadership to support and articulate Our Way culture and values.
  • Support alignment of company culture with business strategies and objectives.
Learning Delivery and Facilitation
  • Facilitate training sessions on core professional skills, organizational values, and HRrelated topics.
  • Partner with Director of HR Operations to develop and deliver annual performance appraisals training.
  • Administer Performance Management software – employee and leader portals.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs in alignment with company culture and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver new leader onboarding and leadership development programs.
  • Develop and maintain compliance training and enterprise learning requirement calendar.
  • Develop and manage a KPI framework that defines success metrics for each training initiative.
  • Solicit feedback, conduct evaluations and build dashboards and reports that measure training effectiveness, adoption, behavior change and business impact.
  • Coordinate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars using multiple modalities to diverse employee audiences
  • Coordinate special instructors and outside training facilities as deemed necessary.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on identifying and utilizing learning opportunities
  • Manage relationships and coordinate delivery with external training vendors and consultants
  • Foster and maintain learning vendor partnerships by managing communication, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with Talent Development objectives.
  • Support in logistics for learning programs (scheduling, enrollment, communications, materials, evaluations) through learning systems.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee participation and evaluation records of employee training programs.
  • Chair employee group, with employees across organization, to engage, develop, and promote training and development initiatives.
Learning Management System
  • Administer and optimize corporate Learning Management system (LMS).
  • Maintain and update learning content and resources within the LMS to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize learning systems, including user management, course setup, reporting, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Track and report on learning participation, completion rates, and outcomes to stakeholders for transparency and decision-making
  • Utilize data analytics from learning programs to identify ROI and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Technology Capabilities

  • Stay current with industry learning trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in learning design and delivery
  • Utilize generative AI tools for content creation, personalized learning experiences, and automated support


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of five years’ of progressive experience in corporate training and development.

Experience supporting enterpriselevel HR initiatives and talent development programs.

Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and talent development frameworks.

Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Visual design skills (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)

Experience in course design, delivery and implementation of e-learning and in-person training.

SKILLS:

Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

Self-motivated and able to plan, organize and prioritize work independently.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Strong project management skills and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent cognitive, oral, written, and listening communication skills.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Interpersonal skills for interacting with leaders and employees.

Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.

Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills. Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.

Previous work experience tracking learning effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance data

PREFERRED:

Professional Human Resources (PHR/SHRM) Certification.

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification (CPLP).
