Position Overview:

We are seeking a Print Shop / Screen Print Operator (Apparel Department) to join our production team. This role focuses on screen printing, apparel production, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on production role involving both printing operations and fulfillment work.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage the full screen printing process (setup, operation, and maintenance of manual and automated presses)
• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment
• Handle apparel inventory management including folding, counting, and organizing finished goods
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot basic production and print quality issues
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout production
• Meet or exceed daily production output goals
• Support order fulfillment, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments
• Assist with warehouse organization and print shop cleanliness
• Ensure products are accurately prepared for web orders and events
• Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in t-shirt printing or screen printing (preferred)
• Experience with manual or automatic screen printing presses
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong organizational skills (inventory and fulfillment experience is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
• Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and other appropriate protective clothing
