About This Position

Assistant Supervisor

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $19.00 per hour.

Summary:

Our Assistant Lifestyle Director assists with all resident activities and is responsible for developing the clubhouse and amenity spaces into the focal point of the community. This is accomplished by creating an internal promotion plan to promote programs, activities, and resident-attended events. All community activities must provide an enjoyable, stimulating experience that reinforces the residents' decision to purchase their home.

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director will be responsible for helping to manage the front desk and fitness & spa services.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Use the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that relate to the success of the property.
  • Be compliant with the onsite policies and procedures.
  • Attend property management meetings and convey all relevant information to NFC Amenity area leadership (supervisor).
  • Adheres to all NFC policies.
  • Facilitate consistent daily communication and staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of operations.
  • Refine/propose standard operating procedures and checklists to ensure a well-maintained, clean facility.
  • Attends company meetings/trainings and ensures all team members participate.
  • Maintain professional relationships with property management/ staff.
  • Follows HR and Risk Management protocols.
  • Monitors and reviews daily employees performance and provides necessary support, training, or counseling as needed.
  • Maintain a clearly established opening and closing procedure.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Must have an outgoing personality.
  • Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests.
  • Must be able to adhere to a work schedule by arriving on time and wearing the proper uniform.
  • Must possess the ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Internet.
  • Professional phone skills.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills and engaging positively with clients.
