Location: Gettysburg, PA
If you believe community banking is about relationships, leadership, and measurable impact—not just transactions—you’ll thrive here.
ACNB Bank is looking for a Community Banking Manager II who can elevate two of our key offices by building a high‑performing team, deepening customer relationships, and driving meaningful growth across deposits, loans, and referrals.
This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role. It’s a leadership position with clear performance outcomes tied directly to the success of the Lincoln Square and West Gettysburg Offices and the surrounding community.
What Success Looks Like
You’re not just running branches—you’re shaping a high‑trust, high‑performance environment. You’ll excel if you:
- Lead by example as a player‑coach who develops people, not just processes.
- See customer conversations as opportunities to build long‑term relationships.
- Use digital tools to enhance—not replace—the personal touch of community banking.
- Thrive in a role where your results are visible, measurable, and celebrated.
- Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop your Community Banking team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals.
- Drive Results: Lead by example as a player-coach—setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring your office meets and exceeds business objectives.
- Engage the Community: Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations, strengthening the bank’s presence and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Champion Service Excellence: Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure each interaction reflects our standard of Service Excellence.
- Operational Oversight: Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate for Growth: Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Three or more years of experience managing a banking office or equivalent leadership experience.
- A strong understanding of community banking operations, sales, and compliance.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience coaching and developing teams.
- A genuine commitment to serving the Gettysburg community.
Why Join ACNB Bank?
- Lead Locally, Impact Broadly: Be part of an organization that values relationships over transactions and invests in the success of its people and communities.
- Growth & Recognition: Your leadership directly shapes your branch’s success—and is recognized and rewarded accordingly.
- Empowered Environment: Make decisions at the local level with the support of a collaborative, experienced management team.
- Community Connection: Work for a bank that takes pride in being more than a financial institution—we’re a trusted neighbor and partner.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: This includes base salary, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off and holidays, career growth and training opportunities—all within a supportive, relationship-focused team environment.
