Job Description
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Acquisition Manager to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency
- Provides Leads contractor Information Technology (IT) Acquisition process team to improves efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provides knowledge of the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and management of milestones.
- Manages the acquisition and meeting schedule milestones.
- Manages and tracks the collection, input, and processing of information and data received from customers and technical contacts.
- Identifies discrepancies, risk, and available resources with government program manager.
- Collaborates on process improvement and completion with the government program manager to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information transmitted for review.
Requirements:
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have a Certified PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Must have three (3) years of experience in program management for Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs and non-ACAT programs.
- Have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and acquisition milestones.
- Have experience in managing, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of source and acquisition documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
