Schedule: Monday-Friday with every other Saturday rotation starting at 7am
Pay: $18 / HR PLUS FLAT RATE PERFORMANCE PAY - Top Techs can earn up to $100,000.00 or more based on your Sales Performance!

What You’ll Do:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards
- Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories
- Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control
- Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 + years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Will need your own tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics and climb ladders
- Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills
