Compensation$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Full-time position
Competitive pay based on experience
Performance and bonus opportunities available
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements in compliance with state and local codes
Conduct thorough plumbing inspections and clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance
Accurately complete invoices, paperwork, and pricing calculations
Collect payments and educate customers on available maintenance and membership programs
Maintain safety standards and company policies at all times
Assist in training and mentoring apprentice plumbers when needed
Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked
Minimum of 3 years of plumbing service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience performing plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
Ability to solder and complete plumbing work professionally and efficiently
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
Ability to climb ladders and lift plumbing equipment as needed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Full-time position
Typical schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Approximately 40 hours per week
On-call rotation required
Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Backflow Prevention Assembly Certified Tester Course
Professional Tradesman Training Programs
Ongoing technical and customer service development
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements
Ability to protect customers' homes and property while maintaining a professional attitude
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
