This role sits at the heart of high-impact AAA game development, leading production efforts during the most critical phases of a project lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving complex game modules through final delivery, ensuring quality, timing, and alignment as projects move toward “going gold.” Acting as both a hands-on producer and a strategic leader, you will guide teams through high-intensity shipping phases while maintaining structure, clarity, and momentum. The role combines operational excellence with strong leadership across distributed development teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical directors, and production teams to manage risks, optimize workflows, and deliver world-class gaming experiences. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision, resilience, and communication are essential.
- Lead the end-to-end production execution during the final stages of AAA game development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key game modules
- Drive project roadmap completion by identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining focus on critical path priorities
- Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers, fostering accountability and high-performance delivery under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with department directors and leadership teams to align scope, resources, and timelines for final production phases
- Optimize production workflows, communication processes, and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to balance team wellbeing with delivery pressure
- Provide clear reporting and real-time visibility on project status to executive stakeholders
- Proven experience shipping at least two AA+/AAA titles in a Producer or Lead Producer role, including final production (“going gold”) phases
- Strong expertise in production methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Advanced proficiency with production tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and motivating production teams in high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of AAA game development pipelines and technical production challenges
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English
- Experience working with remote or distributed development teams is a strong advantage
