• Take full ownership of operational execution, business performance, and profitability for the assigned business unit.

• Monitor key business metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement data-driven solutions to improve outcomes.

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, operational leadership, or executive-level operational management roles.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities, scaling operations, and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional, and distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to streamline complex workflows and implement scalable operational processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership capabilities.
