In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, operational excellence, and large-scale system transformation across finance and shared services operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Global Business Services by standardizing workflows, enhancing governance, and enabling scalable growth through technology. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and senior leadership, you will influence high-impact decisions while overseeing mission-critical teams and enterprise transformation programs. This role is ideal for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of finance operations, technology, and business transformation in a purpose-driven organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the Global Process Owner for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, including purchase order management, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, expense management, and payment settlement.
  • Lead and oversee Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, Expense Reporting, and Expense Audit functions within a Global Business Services environment.
  • Define and implement global P2P standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on automation, process redesign, continuous improvement, and operational optimization.
  • Play a key leadership role in the implementation and long-term optimization of enterprise Source-to-Pay platforms, ensuring adoption and process alignment.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, support change management, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop governance models, business cases, reporting structures, and performance metrics to support sustainable transformation success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process improvement initiatives across a matrixed global organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, enterprise transformation programs, or large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including Accounts Payable and supplier management operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process optimization, automation, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of shared services operating models, governance frameworks, and process standardization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change within complex, matrixed environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay platforms is highly preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement certifications, or an MBA are considered strong advantages.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for transformation initiatives, workshops, and implementation milestones.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits with multiple plan options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
  • Continuing education assistance and professional development support.
  • Opportunity to lead high-visibility enterprise transformation initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Collaborative and mission-driven culture focused on sustainability, innovation, and long-term impact.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving global organization.
