This is an exciting opportunity for a transformational finance leader to drive enterprise-wide Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modernization within a fast-evolving global business environment. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, operational excellence, and large-scale system transformation across finance and shared services operations. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Global Business Services by standardizing workflows, enhancing governance, and enabling scalable growth through technology. Working cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and senior leadership, you will influence high-impact decisions while overseeing mission-critical teams and enterprise transformation programs. - Serve as the Global Process Owner for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, including purchase order management, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, expense management, and payment settlement.
- Lead and oversee Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, Expense Reporting, and Expense Audit functions within a Global Business Services environment.
- Define and implement global P2P standards, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on automation, process redesign, continuous improvement, and operational optimization.
- Play a key leadership role in the implementation and long-term optimization of enterprise Source-to-Pay platforms, ensuring adoption and process alignment.
- Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, support change management, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Develop governance models, business cases, reporting structures, and performance metrics to support sustainable transformation success.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process improvement initiatives across a matrixed global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, enterprise transformation programs, or large-scale operational initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including Accounts Payable and supplier management operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional process optimization, automation, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of shared services operating models, governance frameworks, and process standardization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change within complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay platforms is highly preferred.
- Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement certifications, or an MBA are considered strong advantages.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for transformation initiatives, workshops, and implementation milestones.
