VP of Software Engineering (Remote)

- Oversee engineering delivery, including resource planning and release management for high-quality execution.
- Mature engineering processes while maintaining agility in a scale-up environment.
- Collaborate across functions to align engineering outcomes with customer and market needs.
- Support the evolution of low-code and AI-driven capabilities within the product ecosystem.
- Strengthen engineering governance and quality standards as the organization scales globally.
- Provide executive-level technical insight for business planning and growth.
- Champion a collaborative engineering culture focused on accountability and customer value.
- Strong technical foundation with a background as a software engineer.
- Proven leadership experience in SaaS scale-ups, ideally in high-growth environments.
