Senior Sales Representative

This role sits at the center of a high-impact medical technology sales organization, focused on driving growth and expanding market share within advanced cardiac ablation solutions. You will act as the primary field representative for assigned territories, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders while promoting innovative medical devices that directly support patient outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, field-based, and highly customer-facing, requiring frequent travel and close collaboration with hospitals and clinics. You will combine clinical understanding with commercial expertise to deliver training, support product adoption, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This is a mission-driven sales role where performance directly contributes to improved patient care and access to advanced treatment solutions.

Accountabilities

This position is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting clinical adoption of advanced cardiac ablation technologies within an assigned territory. You will manage the full scope of customer engagement, from sales calls to post-sale support, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and clinical needs.

  • Represent the organization as the primary contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships across clinical and administrative stakeholders
  • Promote, sell, and provide technical and clinical support for cardiac ablation products and solutions
  • Execute territory sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and expand market penetration
  • Conduct field visits, sales calls, and customer engagement activities across hospitals and clinics
  • Train healthcare professionals on product use, indications, protocols, and safety information
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer insights
  • Maintain accurate administrative and CRM reporting, including forecasts, account updates, and activity tracking
  • Coordinate customer activities during meetings, conferences, and educational events
  • Optimize territory performance by managing time, travel, and resources effectively
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong field sales experience, preferably within medical devices or healthcare environments, combined with the ability to build trusted relationships in clinical settings. You are highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a travel-intensive role.

  • High school diploma with 8+ years experience, associate degree with 6+ years, or bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, with preferred background in medical device sales
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-based sales approaches
  • Ability to engage with clinical stakeholders and communicate technical product information effectively
  • Experience managing territory sales plans, pipelines, and revenue targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (75%+), including hospital and clinical environments
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance required
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in clinical/operating room environments as needed
