Position Summary

As a Retail Lender, you will be responsible for efficient, management of loan accounts that meet the established lending requirements. Additionally, duties will include originating and servicing residential mortgage loans inclusive of new purchase, refinances, installment, constructions & lot purchase, and home equity lines of credit. Doing so will embrace and promote the NEBAT brand and lending philosophies through leverage of key referral relationships.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Knowledge of how to operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and in person.
• Four years of experience with secondary market loans, formal credit training preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or another related field is preferred.
• Registered NMLS # or the ability to obtain.
