Mid-Level Provider at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network – Center Valley, Pennsylvania

Job Summary:

Provider will need to manage a patient case load of up to 13 patients and perform admissions, discharges, routine progress notes and order entry for daily patient care. Must excel in team building and relationship formation with both patients and families. Also foster team approach to care model. Provider expected to participate in on-call coverage schedule. Provider must work with Excel, or spreadsheet software to compile data and report for project management needs.

  • Education
    • BA or BS required
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA or CRNP
    • Minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Licenses / Certifications
    • Must possess a CRNP or PA certification
