Position Description:
Sadler Brothers Trucking and Leasing, a 98-year-old strong company, is seeking to add to our work family and is currently seeking a competent individual to fill an open US Mail Class A driver at our Louisville, KY, terminal. The driver in this position will be based in our LOUISVILLE, KY terminal, and 34-hour resets will be at home.
Requirements: 2 Years Minimum OTR Experience/ Class A License No Accidents in the Previous 3 years No At-Fault Accidents in Previous 5 Years No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years. No DUIs in the Previous 7 years No Positive Drug Screens in the Previous 7 years Must be able to meet background screening requirements from the US Postal Service Equipment: 53-foot dry van trailer 2023 or newer automatic tractors.

Job Responsibilities: Operate company-owned/leased trucks to facilitate the movement of US Mail operations and Freight operations. Operate company-owned/leased trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of US Mail. The driver will be required to load and unload the mail from the trailer. Perform required before, during, and after-operation inspections on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to shop personnel; clean equipment and required reports. Provide outstanding customer service during the delivery and pickup operations of US Mail and Freight. Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA, and the company safety programs. Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you. Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
