This role is centered on leading complex, enterprise-scale software implementations that help public sector organizations improve digital service delivery and citizen experiences. You will act as the key functional authority throughout the project lifecycle, guiding customers from discovery through solution design and deployment. The position requires strong consulting expertise, as you will translate complex business needs into scalable configurations while ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and best practices. You will work across multiple stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and system integrators, in high-impact, multi-phase programs. This is a strategic, client-facing role where your decisions directly shape implementation success and business value realization. You will also contribute to improving delivery methodologies and exploring AI-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with enterprise and public-sector stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable solution designs aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
- Own the end-to-end functional view of multi-department, multi-phase implementation projects, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early.
- Document detailed business and technical requirements, including workflows, forms, integrations, reports, and configuration changes.
- Serve as the primary functional expert and solution authority for assigned enterprise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide solution demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and drive stakeholder alignment and acceptance.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and system integrator teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation outcomes.
- Manage scope, monitor risks, and support change control processes in alignment with project plans and statements of work.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and review user stories to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve documentation, requirements gathering, and implementation efficiency.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise implementation consulting, business analysis, or technology enablement roles.
- Strong background in SaaS, public sector solutions, or enterprise platform implementations (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems).
- Proven experience leading workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong ability to act as a functional lead on large-scale, multi-phase implementation projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with senior-level clients.
- Experience working with system integrator partners in a collaborative or oversight capacity.
- Solid understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- AI-curious mindset with interest in improving delivery workflows through modern tools.
- Experience in public-sector domains such as permitting, licensing, or community development is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Visio, or Lucidchart is an advantage.
