In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operations of our managed communities. We are looking for candidates with a solid technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

- Maintain and monitor building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

- Address facility-related concerns promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including tasks performed, parts used, and equipment condition.

- Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize maintenance needs and provide timely resolutions.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and identify potential hazards to maintain a secure workplace.

- Provide feedback on maintenance schedules and suggest improvements.

- Ensure compliance with Florida Department of Health Pool & Spa regulations (CPO certification is a plus).
