The main role of this position is to organize materials, move and store job materials in specified locations in the cylinder shop as well as creating vendor Purchase Orders and Organizing finished product for shipping including shipping arrangements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pallet loading, storing, and adding locations to DHI network (DATS) to ensure the overall work flow and organization at DHI’s Dover, Ohio facilities. This position is also responsible for creating vendor POs and shipping arrangement for finished product and additional tasks as assigned by the Cylinder Shop Manager. The ability to work with all departments; Cylinder shop, Component Shop, Machine Shop, Shipping and Receiving is critical.

Responsibilities

Acquire the scheduled jobs and stage the job skids at department as needed
Create DATS location
Coordinate truck schedule
Cut vendor POs as needed Return completed jobs to their designated DATS location
Complete the operations on DATS job Routers
Unload the delivery trucks and organize material as needed on designated shelve and record locations in DATS
Locate our delivered raw material and sublet material on the designated shelf locations Empty the waste containers
Maintain the overall work flow, cleanliness, and organization. Put away all loose parts and material.
Maintain the floors via sweeping, floor scrubber and mopping as necessary
Other duties as assigned by Cylinder Shop Manager

Full-Time Position Day shift: Monday thru Friday 6:00AM to 2:00PM
Part-Time Afternoon Shift: Hours worked will be between 2:00PM to 2:00AM weekdays.
