Dream Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated, and goal-oriented Treatment Coordinator / Case Manager to join our growing team in Goodlettsville, Tennessee! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is passionate about helping patients move forward with treatment while supporting office growth and production goals.
We are a busy, established practice with 3 doctors, a strong patient base, supportive leadership, and excellent long-term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Present and discuss treatment plans confidently and compassionately
- Educate patients on treatment needs and help guide them toward moving forward with care
- Build patient trust and improve case acceptance (“getting the yes”)
- Coordinate and optimize the doctor schedule for productivity and production goals
- Monitor and help achieve office KPIs and daily/monthly goals
- Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements
- Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient flow and communication
- Previous dental treatment coordinating/case management experience required
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation
- Experience with third-party patient financing platforms including:
- CareCredit
- Sunbit
- Cherry
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy office setting
Full-time rotating 4-day schedule:
- Week 1: Monday–Thursday
- Week 2: Tuesday–Friday
- Week 3: Wednesday–Saturday
- Then repeats

Requirements:Education and Training
- 3+ years of dental business office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
