In this role, you will take ownership of revenue operations systems and processes, playing a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across sales and marketing teams. Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert of the CRM platform (HubSpot), defining and executing strategies that support sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop and implement lead generation, allocation, and tracking processes to maximize sales team effectiveness
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators across revenue functions
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Design and implement automated workflows and system enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular cleansing, deduplication, and standardization efforts
  • Manage integrations between CRM and other tools, ensuring seamless data flow across systems
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, along with experience managing data and workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Dataiku
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience with API integrations and automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
