- Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert of the CRM platform (HubSpot), defining and executing strategies that support sales and marketing objectives
- Develop and implement lead generation, allocation, and tracking processes to maximize sales team effectiveness
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators across revenue functions
- Analyze sales and marketing data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
- Design and implement automated workflows and system enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular cleansing, deduplication, and standardization efforts
- Manage integrations between CRM and other tools, ensuring seamless data flow across systems
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on CRM usage and best practices
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, along with experience managing data and workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Dataiku
- Solid understanding of data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques
- Experience with API integrations and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
