Your work will directly impact how efficiently core business functions operate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

• Translate business needs into structured technical solutions by identifying inefficiencies and designing automation opportunities
• Build and deploy internal tools, AI agents, and automated workflows using low-code platforms and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• Design, implement, and maintain API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between internal systems and tools
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Continuously optimize and enhance existing tools based on user feedback and real-world usage
• Leverage and maximize existing technology stack creatively to deliver scalable solutions without unnecessary tooling expansion
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly on automation solutions to improve internal efficiency and productivity

• Strong technical aptitude with experience in automation, integrations, or internal tool development
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier or similar platforms
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting integrations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders in Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for business users
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools, automation frameworks, or internal developer platforms
