General Purpose

The Total Rewards Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for CV3’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and HR systems. This role assists in the coordination of processes and communications that ensure team members are well-supported across the areas of pay, benefits, wellbeing, and related HR programs. This position will also play a key role in promoting wellness initiatives, supporting cross-functional Talent & Culture projects, and responding to employee inquiries with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

In this position you will:

  • Support day-to-day administration of total rewards department, including benefits, wellness, and payroll-related activities.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, wellness activities, payroll timelines, and other HR programs, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and life event processing; coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and benefits systems; audit for data integrity and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Provide coordination support for open enrollment, total rewards communication, and wellness campaigns.
  • Track participation, gather feedback, and help promote engagement in the wellness program, support reward tracking and reporting for wellness incentives.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation to support internal processes and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support ad hoc Talent & Culture initiatives, including in-office Employee Experience events (e.g., national day recognitions, holiday celebrations), surveys, incentive programs, and policy updates as needed.
  • Manage Talent & Culture email inbox.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy standards.
  • This position may involve handling confidential and sensitive information as part of its daily responsibilities. Employees are expected to exercise discretion and protect all sensitive data, including but not limited to personal information, loan details, business and financial records, and proprietary materials.
Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, benefits administration, wellness programming, payroll coordination, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data with discretion.
  • Understanding basic HR functions and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Interest or experience in wellness program coordination or employee engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent internal customer service with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
