Handyman / Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support a growing residential property management portfolio. This role is ideal for someone skilled in general repairs who takes pride in quality work and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and repair for residential rental properties
• Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, and locks
• Unit turns and punch lists between tenants
• Responding to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicating clearly with property management and tenants

Qualifications:

• Prior handyman or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of basic residential repairs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Own basic tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time well

Preferred (not required):

• Rental property or property management experience
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing background
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
