Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Team Member. This position involves maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, following company guidelines.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
