Accountabilities- Track and reconcile SME contracts and statements of work (SOWs)

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure content quality and compliance
- Manage documentation intake and regulatory processes
- Serve as the point of contact for copyright and permissions
- Execute course mapping and maintain tagging consistency
- Support talent resource management and scheduling
- 2+ years of experience in content operations or project support
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
- Experience with project management tools and documentation platforms
- Proficiency in collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with LMS or content management systems
