- Manage the full sales lifecycle for commercial finance products, from customer engagement to application completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, lenders, and customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Provide expert guidance on asset finance, hire purchase, leasing, unsecured loans, and other commercial finance products
- Monitor customer trends and update Salesforce with accurate, actionable data
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, improve processes, and enhance customer experience
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and contribute to achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide informed advice
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in asset finance, commercial lending, or brokerage, with proven sales success
- Strong knowledge of commercial finance products, lenders, and the asset finance market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Self-starter who can work independently, proactively pursuing targets and optimizing workflows
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage customer and sales data
