About This Position

Description:

BullFrog AI is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to build and scale commercial revenue across our AI-powered product suite, with primary focus on bfPREP™ and other AI solutions, and secondary support for bfLEAP™.

This is a true hunter + full-cycle sales role for a leader who thrives in early-stage environments and has demonstrated success growing revenue from $0 to $20M.

The ideal candidate is not only exceptional at lead generation and relationship building, but also brings strong discipline in sales development, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing complex life sciences deals.

This person will be instrumental in helping BullFrog build a repeatable revenue engine and accelerate commercial traction within pharmaceutical and biotech markets.

What You Will Own

  • Build and manage a net-new pipeline through proactive outbound outreach, networking, and market development
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
  • Drive commercial sales of bfPREP™ and other AI solutions, with additional support for bfLEAP™
  • Develop and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, translational medicine, and clinical development decision-makers
  • Lead discovery conversations to identify client needs and align BullFrog’s solutions to their research and development priorities
  • Build proposals, scopes of work, pricing models, and commercial terms
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and software/platform engagements
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, forecasting, and weekly pipeline reporting
  • Partner closely with science, data science, and product teams to ensure solution fit and commercial feasibility
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, this person should:

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical and biotech opportunities
  • Drive measurable revenue growth toward $3-5M scale
  • Close new commercial partnerships for bfPREP™ and other AI solutions
  • Establish repeatable sales process rigor and forecasting discipline
  • Help strengthen BullFrog’s market presence in broader life sciences
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of growing revenue from $0 to $20M
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven lead generation success
  • Proven ability to independently source, develop, and close net-new business
  • Experience selling into:
    • pharmaceutical companies
    • biotech companies
    • translational medicine / R&D organizations
  • Strong experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data science, or analytics platform sales
  • Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles
  • Proven success in negotiation and contract closing
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Will consider exceptionally talented candidates from adjacent industries

Highly Preferred

  • Direct experience in drug discovery, AI-enabled health tech, or life sciences technology
  • Existing network within biotech/pharma
