We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as the Director of Treasury Management Sales in our Texas Markets of Austin or Dallas. This is a senior leadership position that will be responsible for the Treasury Salesforce for the entire organization and be able to make a meaningful impact on the organization as a whole.

About the Role:

The Director of Treasury Management Sales oversees the entire Treasury Management sales force responsible for generating non-interest bearing (NIB) deposit growth, increasing Treasury fee income by developing new prospect relationships, and expanding existing client relationships leveraging a professional, consultative approach. They will develop goals and strategies for Treasury growth and income bankwide and represent the company in the communities we serve.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and/or Chief Banking Officer

Primary Job Functions:

  • Responsible for meeting annual goals and sales activity by developing and executing a market strategy and plan to generate new NIB deposits & Treasury fee income.
  • Develop a strong networking circle to grow, develop and retain new profitable relationships.
  • Meet with Market Presidents, Business Bankers, and other front-line employees to review portfolios and pipelines to identify new sources for NIB deposits and Treasury fee income.
  • Manage a portfolio of Treasury & Liquidity clients focusing on growth, retention and identification of other revenue levers that can increase fee income and profitability.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and Treasury Management development programs, using knowledge and the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
  • 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience as a trusted advisor to commercial customers in the range of 5MM – 500MM in annual revenues.
  • Related management experience.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) accreditation preferred
